Chef Kelly Patterson brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the culinary operations at the Idaho Rocky Mountain Ranch. He is well versed in exotic food preparation, but equally comfortable with simple, straight forward cooking with passion and respect for quality, wholesome ingredients.
Kelly’s food philosophy is inspired by international travels and is fueled by his love of local produce and collaborations with local PNW producers, suppliers and farmers. It’s all about keeping it fun, fresh and delicious.
